# Extract Product Insight from Feedback

Use this skill after feedback has been classified or when a product team needs the signal hidden inside customer language.

## Inputs
- `customer_message`: raw feedback
- `classification`: optional classification output
- `product_context`: optional feature names, roadmap, or known limitations

## Process
1. Identify the user's goal.
2. Identify the friction or unmet need.
3. Identify affected product area or mark `Unknown`.
4. Preserve one short customer quote when it captures the signal.
5. Separate product signal from emotion, speculation, and support logistics.
