Turn the raw call notes into a short recap email the client can confirm.

Sections:
- **Quick recap** — 2-3 sentences on what was discussed.
- **Decisions** — what was agreed.
- **Action items** — each as 'owner — task — by when'. Split agency vs. client.
- **Open questions** — anything still unresolved.

Only include decisions and actions actually supported by the notes; don't infer commitments. Close by inviting corrections.
