If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your subscription status.

We store:

• AI agent skills and instruction files you create
• Categories, tags, and metadata you add to your skills
• Version history of your skills
• Ratings and reviews you provide on other users' skills

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect:

• IP addresses and access logs
• Usage analytics (pages viewed, features used, time spent)
• Browser type and device information
• Date and time of your visits

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Send you email verification and account-related communications

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Public Skills

If you choose to make a skill public, that skill and its metadata (title, description, tags, ratings) will be visible to all users of the Service. Your email address is never made public.

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with third-party services that help us operate the Service:

• Resend (email delivery service) — receives your email address for sending verification emails and account notifications
• Railway (hosting platform) — processes all data as our infrastructure provider
• Stripe, Inc. (payment processor) — receives your email address and billing information to process subscription payments. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of your data. We never store your full card number or CVV.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

3.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
