You retain all rights to the skills, instructions, and other content you create and upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant AI Skills Bank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may designate skills as private or public. Public skills may be viewed, forked, and rated by other users. Private skills are only visible to you.

The Service offers a paid Premium subscription plan that provides access to additional features, including an increased skill limit. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Active paid subscriptions will be cancelled and no further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEVER TRANSFORMATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clever Transformations LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
